Knowledge in different aspects of recruiting (attraction, sourcing, assessment, cultivation) will be highly valued and the right individual will have a can-do attitude and be willing to get immersed in process work and day-to-day work. you will be somone who has 'hands on'experience in on-campus graduate / MBA hiring as well as the ability to deal with experience hires. You will have developed and executed strategies on localisation hiring strategies across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will have at at least 3-5 prior years of experience and ideally will have gained previous recruiting / talent acquisition experience within management consulting, accountancy practice or multinational organisation. Reporting into the Regional Head of Recruitment this role will take responsibility of 2 / 3 indirect hires.
